What are the best vacation home rentals in the Disney area?

We always rent from owners on sites like vrbo.com. This is the site for Kissimmee:

There are literally thousands of homes to be had. Those in the Formosa Gardens area are closest to Disney. Other areas a little further out. All homes are individually owned so the amenities and how it's decorated vary. There are nice homes in all subdivisions.
I don't know what "best" means to you but the biggest are in Formosa Gardens Estate. Windsor Hills, Emerald Island both have nice homes and resort type clubhouse and pools.
I guess you're going to have to be a little more specific as to what you're looking for.
