Vacation Club giving Fastpass Exchange Cards too?

Is the Disney Vacation Club giving out similar fastpass exchange cards to the GAD fastpass exchange cards? When I paused at one of the vacation club stands, he was trying to entice me to take a tour with a promise of "special fastpasses". If I didn't have GAD vouchers, it may have been worth a couple of hours of "saying NO" to get them. I'd have saved more time than that in the lines.

We did the VC tour in 2006 and got 2 "Faster passes" each. We were able to join a fast pass line at any time instead of the usual hour block you have. Well worth the hour we spend and the tour was fun! They even picked us up for the tour and then drove us to our breakfast at Cape May Cafe

DVC has frequently (NOT always) given out Fastpass cards that will give some (typically I've heard 3 total) instant Fastpasses to each person who attends a tour or presentation. They work similar to the GAD Fastpass cards, but are not limited to Donald/Daisy restrictions, and you don't get as many. I also don't believe they've ever advertised that you can get them after all other FPs have expired, but now that one kiosk is usually left open they still work.
