VA online check-in :(

We fly to Orlando tomorrow with VA, went to do online checkin & it won't let me check-in our 11 y o son as he has the same first name (different middle name) as his Dad who is also flying with us - phoned Virgin about it & was advised that it's best if we all just check-in together at the airport, rather than 3 of us checking-in online & son at airport. You think their system could cope with 2 people in a family having the same first name, considering they have a different date of birth & passport no.! Hope we still get the seats l chose.

It all worked out fine at the airport, l'm just one of these people who likes to have as much as possible organised beforehand.
