V & A Solo?

My DBF is a picky eater, and would never submit himself to V & A. I am starting to plan a solo trip to the world in October, and i really would like to eat at V & A. I don't mind eating by myself, but usually bring a notebook, book, or now that I have one, my ipad. I don't think that would fly at V & A. So, I'm wondering, when I'm not eating...what would I do at V & A?

Maybe I'm overthinking! Would appreciate any advice!!!

I have eaten at V&A 3 times now each time solo, just enjoy yourself they make you most welcome.

I use my kindle. The case has a little kickstand. Then again I use that thing everywhere. People always ask about it so then it allows me to strike up a conversation with different people.
