Closing Time!

Called DVC this morning. They have “nothing in the file” told me to send an email to Member Administration. Also followed up with my resale company.
Hopefully the title co gets back to you and contacts DVC and figures it out. I had one get lost. Unfortunately MA never responded to my emails.

Member services doesn’t have access to new contracts until membership administration processes it and sets up the account.

Until that is done, there is nothing for them to see.

What Sandi said. I should've clarified to be sure that when you called MS they were actually putting you on hold and speaking to MA and MA said they had no record. If not, and it was just MS telling you this then it is not unusual.
 
I’m beginning to think I should cancel our upcoming trip we were planning on piecing together rooms and then doing cash stay at Coronado…. Crappy thing is already purchased flight and tickets to mvmcp thinking we’d get the points at the 30 day mark
 
We closed 9/3 and recorded 9/5 and are still waiting for our emails (new members). Highly doubt all of us on this thread have been lost in the shuffle! This waiting has been rough lol

Indeed! The 8th will be 30 days for me...and also the 11 month mark for my September 2026 trip! Fingers crossed we all hear something soon!
