V&a - How do we try to book this?

We booked this trip at reasonably short notice, and although we know that there is probably no availability for V&A at this late stage, we would still like to try, especially as we are going in mid January, a slightly quieter time of year. As we can't book this online, I have called the usual ADR number...they say that they can't do it and have to put us through to a different department, and then I am kept hanging on for ages. As I am calling from the UK this is a slight problem!! Is there a number I should be calling other than the regular ADR booking number?

When you call 407-WDW-DINE from the US, the recording gives you an option to book V&A. The voice-activated line will ask "Are you calling to book Victoria & Albert's?" and you say yes or no. I don't know if you get the voice system when you call from UK or not, but listen and see if they give you that option.

Ah, thanks Nala. I didn't hear it, I think I was just immediately put into a queue, but I may well have missed it. I'll try again and see what happens.
