V & A Chef table

Sorry, but I had to tell someone. I graduate with my BSIT in Oct. (in 3yrs while working full time) as a graduation gift my inlaws have booked us for the MNSSHP and an evening at the V & A Chef table. This is the 1 thing at WDW that I have wanted to do since I found out about it. Now if I can just get the time to speed up.

Ok.....what is the V & A chef table. My family will be going to MNSSHP and I am anxiously counting down the days till we go.
