Hi,

I want to use my points to make a booking for Disneyland Paris. I know that I have to pay for my park passes and resort booking fee when I speak to MS. Do I have to pay by credit card?

I would like to use my Maestro card (UK debit card), is this possible?:confused3

Thanks.

DVC Member Services will only accept major credit cards for payment.

I was wondering the exact same thing! :rotfl:

Maestro is a major worldwide debit card (like Visa or Mastercard) except the money comes right out of your bank account immediately. Does anybody know why Disney doesn't accept them? :confused3

Pretty certain that when I booked for DLRP with my UK debit card at the beginning of the year, it all went through fine. In fact I'm 99% certain that's how I paid for my passes etc.

Tinkerbell 766, can I just ask if you used a visa debit or a maestro debit?

I believe that visa debit is classed as the same as a credit card, so that might explain why they are accepted, but if you used a maestro card then there may be hope for me yet!

Thanks.

how did you get on ????

jns, I haven't tried booking yet as I don't want to get through the booking and find they won't take my card, so I was hoping to get an answer from these boards before I tried.:confused3
