#1 son is going on his Senior Class trip to WDW on Sunday. We want him to take travelers cheques for money safety reasons. Are they easy to use in the world. I'd imagine every CM in every shop kmows how to use them, and he could almost use them like cash. Or am I nuts and it is a royal pain.

Anyone with experience...you counsel is appreciated.

But, educate your DS how to fill them out so he will know, because we have experienced CM's that looked at them like they were foreign. So to expedite your son's purchases make sure he knows how to fill them out correctly and he should have no problems. At least it will minimize his time standing in line:thumbsup2 We have used them, so I KNOW they acceptable.

I've never had a problem with them - and I've used them for all of my trips.

I have greater problems when I try to use them back at home!
