Why is it that we are required to post in order to PM someone to rent DVC points? My thought is that given that the renter pays out money for the DVC reservation, we wouldn’t be spending money if weren’t taking the DVC rental seriously. We are literally “putting our money where our mouth is.”
Am I missing something that is a risk that DVC members renting out their points are concerned about?
