I HAVE UNUSED DAYS ON OUR TICKETS FROM OUR LAST TRIP. I AM PLANNING ANOTHER TRIP WITH MY SISTERS IN OCT. CAN THEY USE MY HUSBANDS AND ADULT CHILDRENS UNUSED TICKETS?

Disney is very clear on the matter, tickets are nontransferrable. Sure you might get away with it but why take the chance of having the tickets confiscated and your trip ruined.

Well using the logic used here since Walmart doesn't check everyones pockets/pockebooks etc as they leave then it is ok to stuff them full of merchandise.

Just for the record I have been asked for my ID on at least three different visits. So, do not take 100% comfort in the fact that others have never had their ID checked.
I can only imagine it would be awfully embarrassing.
I understand that there is no name or ID to check this against just wanted to let ya know they do, can and will check even if not in a case such as this one.
I guess I don't really understand why Disney makes the hopper's non-transferable in the first place.
Basically, the use of the ticket in question by the OP does not involve a commercial transaction, so Disney has no say so in this. There is no problem with the sisters using the tickets.
believe the reason they say non-transferrable is to prevent the re-sale or sale of tickets by unauthorized sources. As long as you're not re-selling or selling them for profit I think you can relax knowing that you're not violating the spirit of the rule and what it was intended to do.
