Well, I think I may have finally seen it all. We rented a scooter for my Father-in-law who had knee surgery this past winter and has a difficult time walking distances. He loves the Tower of Terror so he parked the scooter near the exit and got in the fast pass line with us. When we came out of the ride, we found a family using FIL's scooter as a lounge chair!
They did not speak English, as least they didn't around us. It was 2 grown men "sharing" the seat and get this .....they had the daughter in the basket! To top it off, she was fanning herself with FIL's mister fan! Thinking back on it now, I can
laugh about it , but boy was I steamed when I saw this sight.
When FIL got back on, the gears were not as he left them and as we moved away from this family, we could hear them laughing loudly behind us.
Just a typical day at Disney I guess.

DH managed a very unfriendly "Excuse me!" Then DD spent the rest of the day asking why she couldn't sit in Grandpa's basket.
