Using MDE to book dining experiences?

Is it possible to use the My Disney Experience iPhone app to book "dining experiences" - like the Fantasmic Dinner Package? I can see Fantasmic availability for dates using the full site but not when using the app

I ask because I am afraid I will be traveling when packages for RoL come out and I will only have my phone!! So very much hope packages Tiffins are offered!

Instead of using the MDE app on your iPhone, go in through Safari to the Dining Website. All choices will be found via the website:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/

Fantasmic for some reason won't load right in the MDE App so yes use a browser and you'll be fine
