Using Magicband for payment at Disney Springs

I know that only some of the stores in Disney Springs accept Disney Gift cards as payment, but does this also apply to charging purchases to your room via the Magicband?

I've got a few gift cards I plan on applying to my room charges while shopping, and I would like to shop in Disney Springs while I'm there, but would rather not have to use another form of payment as our shopping budget has been allocated to Disney Gift cards we have collected.

Is it possible to room charge your purchases in DS?

Most stores at DS should allow you to room charge your purchase. I believe it's typically part of their lease with Disney to accept it.
