We went early to mid November last year. Some Christmas was setup at the parks. At BW, the Gingerbread House and Decorations appeared overnight! The elves were really busy! So if you go and dont see anything, dont fret too much. Magic can happen overnight. We were able to move our bounce back from may to November 11th-18th; our daughter’s first time experiencing Christmas vibes at WDW. Hopefully there’s plenty set up.

The order of decorating the resorts is determined by lottery every year, so what decorations will be up during your visit is unpredictable. However, decorating will be in progress, and it’s amazing what they can accomplish overnight! Here’s the thread where 2025 sequence was noted, so you’ll have an idea:We were able to move our bounce back from may to November 11th-18th; our daughter’s first time experiencing Christmas vibes at WDW. We ended up deciding on the inn side- it looked like there was more storage in the inn room than the studio and with a chronic overpacker (Hi, all. We’re considering a trip this summer and the only Epcot area resort with availability for our dates is Boardwalk. Both regular inn room and a studio are available (only a $10 total difference)- would people strongly recommend one over the other? We’ve stayed in a studio at OKW and regular rooms elsewhere (including at our favorite- Yacht), so know what studios offer but weren't sure if there was a big difference between villas and inn side at Boardwalk. Thank you!
Beach Club is also great. I don't think you've made a mistake.Thank you for the responses! Wanting to get the full-on Christmas experience, I’ve moved our reservation to December 7-14th. Couldn’t get BWV but did get a 1br at BCV. Hope I didn’t make a mistake and of course, I’ll keep checking sporadically (obsessively) for a 1 br at BWV as we loved our stay last September
Could anyone tell me how I can discern whether my BWI standard view club level room might have a view of the fireworks once I am in the room, but before fireworks actually begin?
visit!Yes there are (3) rooms 4201, 4203, 4211 that have a view of the Dinsey Skyliner and a partial view of the high Epcot Fireworks but there are much better locations near the BWI as @NH-to-FL indicated above this post.Could anyone tell me how I can discern whether my BWI standard view club level room might have a view of the fireworks once I am in the room, but before fireworks actually begin?

Congrats on the biopsy, BW has 2 sides, The Inn and the Villas. This is the Inn board. Look under the DVC section for the villas! And Welcome to BWV. We love it!Just got "benign" back on my biopsy and booked a Disney trip. I'm not very familiar with Boardwalk and maybe I'm on the wrong page. If so, please point me in the right direction. I booked at 1 BR Villa, garden or pool view. I'll be going with my adult daughters.
This was years ago, but we had a room that overlooked France and had a really good view of the Epcot fireworks. So very sorry for your family tragedy and truly hope you have a great trip.Could anyone tell me how I can discern whether my BWI standard view club level room might have a view of the fireworks once I am in the room, but before fireworks actually begin? I have read about some good viewing spots nearby, and plan to go to them nightly, but I would hate to find out after the fact that we could have seen them from our room. For example, in my experience, if you are at the GF or a poly, and you can see the castle from your rom, then you would also be able to see fireworks. So if your room is technically not a TPV room, and you see the castle, you’ll at least have some view of them. Is there anything similar that I could be looking for from our balcony, that would signal me that the room will have a fireworks view? Should I be looking for the ball? Or….?
I hope what I am asking is making sense. Our family suffered a tragedy last week, and for various reasons we have elected to take this trip as planned, but I don’t have the bandwidth right now to figure out much of anything that still needs figuring out. We have never stayed at BWI before, so if we got an upgrade in category at check in (that would involve a fireworks view), I am not even certain that we would realize it.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

Wanted to add a post shared on another FB group. Obviously nothing announced, so take it for what it’s worth. It’s being reported on FB that work is being done inside the old Big River Grille location…

I'd rather have burgers and salads, but I'll take a hot dog place with covered, air conditioned inside seating!Wanted to add a post shared on another FB group. Obviously nothing announced, so take it for what it’s worth.
“So I was sitting hear enjoying the view , several construction workers came & went. I asked them what they’re building there, a hot dog place !”
