Using *********** for Reservations?

Has anyone had any experience with *********** for securing reservations? I had to cancel my Tusker House reservation for 4, because we had 2 more join our party for that specific date and of course nothing is open for 6. So I signed up with ***********. I've never used a service like this before for reservations, so I keep checking the website myself because i'm worried they won't alert me when something becomes available. Can someone ease my mind?

Touring Plans is sooooo much better! Last year had signed up for both. Would get multiple alerts from Touring Plans and absolutely nothing from ***********. And the couple I did get from *********** were always gone even when I logged in immediately. Was able to get what I needed with Touring Plans!
