Using Dining Plan at Marrakesh

Has anyone used the dining plan at Marrakesh yet? I was wondering for the lunch and dinner feasts that they have on their menu, is that considered just an entree or will that use up your appetizer and dessert options too? Just wanted to know, trying to get the best deal of course. I currently have an ADR there for dinner but might change it to lunch instead and go to Teppanyaki for dinner so I can order the Steak and Lobster! :cheer2:

At the Whispering Canyon Cafe, if you order the all you can eat skillet, they still let you order an appetizer and dessert off the menu. A server who works there just told me. :cool1:

I can't answer your question about Marrakesh, though we are dining there in August with the dining plan, BUT, I just wanted you to know you can order the steak and lobster for lunch at Teppanyaki. Please see the link below for the lunch menu and sure enough it's on there. We are going for lunch there as well. http://allearsnet.com/menu/men_tepl.htm

Hope this helps!

Double check your dining plan guidelines. I don't beleive Tappenyaki is one of the restaurants availabel on the plan.

According to the list of restaurants on Disney's official site, it is on the plan as a single credit TS restaurant. At first I could not find it, as I was looking under 'T' for Teppanyaki, but it's actually found at 'M' for Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki Dining Room (the full official name). That might explain your confusion. ;)

From what I'm reading on all ears, The feasts already include an appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and desert in them.

Thanks Emmy! I just made my lunch reservations for 12pm. We will share the steak and lobster entree there, hope that's okay with them. Then dinner at Marrakesh as planned! :cheer2:

My DH ordered the feast for his meal on the dining plan. No problem.
We had the combination appetizer for the 2 of us, and that used both our appetizer selection, but it was as big as 2 appetizers so we had plenty!!!

Oh, so you mean when you order the feast, you can still order a seperate appetizer using the plan? Was that for dinner or lunch? Thanks so much! :flower:

We went at lunch
DH ordered the Berber Feast, and I ordered the Sultan Sampler. We got the combo appetizer, and 2 desserts. We also were able to get the mint tea as our drinks. It was a great value.

Kids ordered off the kids menu, and we paid cash for them. At the time we were there, they had just added it to the dining plan list. It was a nice suprise.

Is the Feast/sampler buffet-style? or is it just a wide selection with no refill? I am hoping they'll let me to share Berber feast with DH-to-be. :)
