Using CS credits at the France bakery

I've read in several threads that you can use Counter Service credits at the bakery in the France pavillion. Apparently you can get a savoury, a sweet and a drink--correct? So, I could get a ham and cheese croissant, and then any type of baked good (tart, Napoleon, etc.), right? How do the kids credits work here? Do they also get any savoury, sweet, and a drink? Is there a limit to what the kids can get? If they can get the same as the adults, it sounds like this would be a good deal to eat here!

I can only speak from one experience in December 2006. We waited in line at the bakery in the France pavilion, only to be told that they only allow beverages (soda, water) on DDP. No sandwiches, no pastries. The Norway bakery was participating, though; their desserts are yummy and they have some savory foods, too (sandwiches and soup, IIRC).

Check for current information, in case this has changed since I was there.

I believe that there is a distinction between using a snack credit there and using a CS credit there. For a snack credit, you can only get beverages, and none of the specialty coffees are included.

Very possible. I don't recall if we asked about using a CS credit or a snack credit. At the time we were only interested in the pastries. :)

Sorry... I wasn't very clear in what I wrote. I said, "I believe..." when in reality, I kinda knew. ;)

For a CS credit you definitely do get a savory pastry, a sweet pastry and a non-premium drink.

I've also heard that you can use your "savory" for a "sweet"... so for a CS meal you can get 2 pastries and a drink. Split the drink or use a snack to have a pastry and drink for each. May not be the best value for the CS meal, but if yuo have extra or don't care - it should work. Please correct me if it's not the case though.

Every time we have asked to do that (2 sweets and a drink) at this location the answer was "no"
We were able to do exactly that in the MK at the Bakery. Twice.

We were able to get 2 sweets and a drink for a CS credit in September. We actually used 3 CS credits and got:

2 sandwiches (the turkey sandwich was huge, we split it)
4 sweets
3 drinks

I LOVE the Patisserie!
