Using credits on last day?

I did try looking for this answer in the "Everything you wanted to know" thread but could not find it so I apologize if it is already there.

However, I was wondering if you can use any of your credits on the day you check out. I know you get the credits for "each night" you are there but what about the day you check out. Our flight does not leave until 6:00 pm and we were thinking of doing a late sit down lunch. I would think that they expire at some point and I am wondering when that would be.

All entitlements are available until midnight of the day you check out.

The day we checked out we had a couple CS credits and some snack ones too. We went to the resort CS and picked up some prepacked sandwiches and any snack the kids wanted for the trip home. We used up every credit>
