Using Banked Points on multiple contracts

Had to change reservations for 2025 and will now have 2 contracts (same use year and resort) with 2024 banked points and current 2025 points. When I make my next 2025 reservation if I select both contracts to be used will the system pull banked points first from both contracts before using 2025 points? If not do I just make the reservation and then call Member Services to have them assign banked points from each contract to one reservation?

The system is supposed to apply the most restrictive points first. So, it should pull banked points first. I’d call MS after making the reservation and have them confirm all banked points were applied to the reservation. (I did this today). I find the website difficult to track and confirm that it has used banked points first.

Thank you! I am a little frustrated with myself for not paying better attention to how I selected the contracts so having 2 contracts with banked points and current points bothers me. Lesson learned I guess, new to having multiple contracts

If you are going to have more than one reservation in 2025, you want to be sure the banked points are in the one that happens first.

You can just modify, check both, and follow to the end…all banked points should be taken.

Does it throw the system off if all banked points are not used in the first reservation?

It’s about making sure that if you did have to cancel or change the reservation that happens second, you don’t end up with banked points again

For example, if you have a June trip with banked points and then decide to book February with current points and have to cancel the June after you have traveled in Feb, they can’t go back and reallocate banked points for trips that have happened.
