Hi all :). Our flight times changed ever so slightly on AirTran, so I called to ask about getting a full credit back to our credit cards. After getting the 20% off SWA code today, I would then re-book the same AirTran flights on SWA's website, saving us $100 - $200 on bag fees. Well, AirTran told me that since they were not refundable tickets, the best they could do was put the entire ticket cost (she said they would wave the $75 cancellation/change fee :thumbsup2 ) under my A+ Rewards account. Does anyone know of a way or if it's possible to use this credit when purchasing tickets on SWA's website? Thanks :cool1:

Sorry edited my post. LOL

Thanks :). There is one difference for me. I would have the $428 that I paid for the tickets attached to my AirTran Rapid Rewards account, not A+ Rewards credits. Sadly, I don't think there's a loophole  .

You are right. Since it is a credit and not a reward you can only book through airtran. I too have a credit and asked this
