have to book by feb to use code. won't know summer work schedule by then. can i book what i assume will be okay travel dates and if i find out i have to reschedule/cancel will i receive my full deposit back? also will i be able to apply the 40% off to other dates (that were originally offered under PIN)?

Hi! If you have dates that you think will work, I think it would be a good idea to book now. Refund of your deposit depends on if you book a room only or a package. If you book a package, you get your full deposit back as long as you cancel at least 45 days before. Room only, you can cancel as little as 5 days before & still get your deposit back.

Trip insurance is NONrefundable if you get it. You don't have to get that when you book. If you want it, you can add it later after you know your definate dates.

It is possible to change dates after a promotion is over. The regular booking agents can't do this. But they can transfer you to agents who can (guest services?) The guest services agent can check if there was any availibilty left for your promotion on the new dates you want. If there was, they can change the reservaton for you. They can probably check different resorts for the new dates, too, if your original resort doesn't have rooms availible.

There seems to be lots of rooms now, so you have a good chance of getting what you really want if you book now. Then hope, pray & bargain with co workers to get those dates! Good luck!

focus, that's good information to know about the cancellation dates. I couldn't remember if it was 45 days or longer that you could still cancel and get your deposit back.
