My wife learned to make Kimchee from our Korean neighbors. Tasted good with a real kick but stunk to high heaven. After a while, you started to smell like kimchee, too, so I made her quit. She used to ferment it in my barbque grill. Wad of rice, some kimchee, this red paste they used to give us that was really hot, wrap it up in a big leaf of Korean lettuce - Korean taco!

Some day I hope I look that good umm errr... well with hair! I have lost about 14 lbs on my pre wls diet.... it must be all the walking into here to use the computer, I WANT MY LAPTOP BACK!!!! Have you guys even noticed I haven't been around much?

A friend's Korean wife used to bury kimchee pots in her backyard - I was arouind once when she opened one - it almost knocked me out from the smell - but it still tasted good if you could get past the heat - man was that stuff hot.

Welcome back John - you should try some kimchee if you want to lose weight - it'll sweat the pounds off ya......
