Yes! Concierge services start upon arrival and end at midnight on the day you check out. We have always arrived early for check in (like 730-800) and enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. We also return at least once after check out to get drinks before we leave. We always have a vehicle so we leave it parked at the resort and use Disney transportation for the day.

Enjoy your trip!!!

And they will hold your luggage for you for early check in & late check out:banana:

I agree. When i booked GF Concierge over the phone I received an email from "Corp Business Objects" welcoming me to the GF Concierge. If you don't give them an email address upon booking they will snail mail you a welcome along with the above mentioned questionaire. (we got this in the mail when we added a second room but didn't give an email address).

After i emailed back my questionairre i started receiving emails from my a specific CM at the GF concierge. You should definitely check on why you have not been contacted (or check your snail mail for the welcome!)

Is this also the case if booking a land and sea pkg? We are concierge level and have not received anything of this nature from GF or DCL.

I have spoken to the concierge and IPO's around 5 months ago. We are staying CL in 3 resorts. I was wondering if I should receive anything from them before my arrival and if so how far before we get there? Is there a packet or something that is supposed to be sent? Our check-in at WL is next Friday the 2nd of May. We are staying WL / CR / AKL concierge for our 25th! Can't wait ~

Gosh, I didn't receive anything at all from GF RPC and I booked directly with Disney as well. Or do they send this out when it's closer to my arrival date (in late August)? :confused3

Thank you momatater! That is the information that I was looking to hear. I'm so glad that I don't have to worry about breakfast for all of us. I have a feeling my family is going to use up all the extra cost of having the concierge level available to us. Two adults and four teens, worth every penny. My husband never cares where we stay or what we do, but this time he told me that he knows he never interfers with my plan making, but definately wants the concierge level w/ our room! I'm sure he is just excited about getting a free beer, or two (dozen). I am looking forward to seeing exactly how an extremely thrifty, but spoiled, mom can make out of our concierge service. Thanks again.

With all those boys you will make out cheaper with concierge :lmao:
We are doing the GF sugar loaf in June and I am planning on hitting the lounge every morning (except our castle breakfast morning) for breakfast. There is nothing CHEAP about using the lounge to eat breakfast. I am guessing most of the concierge guest do this. Now if you bring big plastic bags and start filling up those bags you might get an eyebrow raised or two :lmao:
Tell your boys to eat their fill.... I have 2 boys myself and I swear they have tape worms! We did the deluxe package in Feb and they still broke me on snacks and junk food :scared1: ... filling them up on breakfast BEFORE hitting the parks is a smart move.
:hippie:

Has anyone ever wanted to go to the concierge lounge for breakfast foods, but had someone (DH, not to name names), in the party that wanted hot foods, like at the quick service places- like an egg and cheese,or pancakes. Were staying at WL. In the interest of saving time in the mornings, would it make sense to split up, or send someone down for the pancakes while the others start on the cold cereals. I would think it would be wrong to take the cereal out and bring it down to RF and eat it there, right? I know at least 3 of my kids would like cold cereal every day, and I really don't want to pay for it at RF if it is in the lounge. Any time saving tips?

OK here is my question

Our flight doesn't leave orlando until 9pm. I am planning on using the DME to the airport but having the GF store my luggage until the bus shows up. Would I notify the concerige desk at Sugar loaf to bring my luggage to the front or would I tell bell service at the main lobby front desk? What is the best and easiest way to get my luggage out of storage and to the front lobby so I can load it on the bus?

Is there anyone that can help me with info on WL Conceirge? I am booked through AAA and don't know where to start as far as contacting IPO.

Are you using an airline that offers TSA service at the resort? If so, checking your luggage (other than carry-on) with the TSA prior to your flight would be your best option. It's an easy process with a desk near the bell services desk (at least that is how it works at the Polynesian).

If your airline is not a participating airline, then you would call bell services when your luggage is ready at check-out. They will store your luggage for you until you are ready to depart. When you are within the time frame for ME, simply go to the bell services desk out front and ask that your luggage be brought from storage. Just make sure you allow sufficient time to retrieve the luggage and board your bus.

Hope that helps you. . .:goodvibes

Thanks Tess! I used Delta last time and the resort airline check in was a snap. I got a great deal on a non stop flight with SWA and grabbed it. I will have to call and have my luggage brought to the front.

You're welcome dlz!!

You're family sounds like mine. I have 4 boys as well, my oldest is 22 and still comes home all the time to eat and brings his friends as well!:scared1: Needless to say, they all eat me out of house and home!

I too am extremely thrifty, but spoiled mom, and I know you will make the best of the lounge!! I know I have, including those one or two (dozen) free beers! :lmao:

I'm not sure what you mean by "final papers", but if you are looking for something in particular, e.g., ADR confirmations; I would email the concierge planners and request whatever you are seeking. It is kind of hit or miss whether or not you receive contact this near in time to your arrival. I don't recall the staff ever contacting me near in time to arrival. Once in a great while we have been contacted to determine if we had any special requests or dining arrangements. More often than not, however, we have had to initiate contact.

I think that answers your question. Sorry it was missed. :goodvibes

Thanks a bunch for answering me. I wasn't insinuating I was being ignored..I just know how it gets when a new thread gets going:) I wasn't sure since I've heard different reports. Some said they sent a packet to their house with whatever inside I don't recall.I'm really set I think in what I need. I made most of my own adr's. We're staying in 4 resorts so I felt it safer to make my own~Thanks again~~

Quick question~

I am staying GF sugar loaf. I have all our ADRs complete.
I never got a packet or anything like that from concierge. since I don't need dining ressies, is there any other reason I might want to contact them for my packet? Just checking! :goodvibes

I would assume that if you are staying concierge for the land part of the package that you should have received the email/snail mail welcome and questionaire. i don't see why it would be any different.

This is how he email started:
