Did you send your hello letter yet?

yes the room assigners are different for the club levels
tell the IPO what you want
!!

dogsmom: I'm about 190 days out also; I contacted IPO about a week ago and they sent me the questionnaire to fill out. Calvin from GF told me he was sending me information via Fedex too, not sure what that is. I'd definitely contact them so you can get those ADR's booked.

I've heard from 2 people already! Got the questionaire too!
ok, is it normal to be getting emails from different people? I know multiple people can work on requests, but I kinda thought that one person was kind of the 'contact' person!
CastleLight--send an email and ask for a questionaire!! Esp since you're getting close!!
WL'ers--who are you working with at IPO?

I recieved one e-mail from Cheryl at IPO. Still haven't gotten a questionnaire. We will be there 12/6. When will you be there?

I'm staying at the GF RPC in July - and never received a questionnaire - or anything in the mail from Calvin. Just wondering - what's on the questionnaire? What did you get in the mail?? I feel left out! LOL!

I just received the package from GF! It was filled with maps and information of the parks; information on the GF Spa & Health Club; a map of the GF; information on the fireworks cruise and the AK Safari. He included little handwritten notes pointing out things he thought our family would enjoy. It's all nothing we didn't already know from the DIS and the tour books, but it's so exciting to receive something like this in the mail!![]()
Since Concierge floors in the Deluxe Resorts are now called Club Floors because of the Concierge desks in the Resort lobby's, shouldn't the title of this thread be changed to Useful Club Floor Information?
I think Kelly's right. It would probably only add even more confusion, because Disney itself hasn't updated all of their marketing to reflect the "club level" status. Room descriptions are still called concierge and that's how a majority of people refer to it. In the hotel industry, you'll see it referred to both ways, but from what I've seen, the most frequently used term is concierge.yeah it could
but I dont think it really matters
E-mailed my ADR requests today to IPO. Our 180 day mark is June 9. Still haven't gotten any other communication from them.
