Is there any way to change your use year?

To the best of my knowledge, no.

No, because point allocations are connected to use year. With 80,000 plus members, that would be a royal mess if folks could just chose to change use years. It would be kind of likechanging the days of the week around.

The only way is to sell and buy again.

I found that the use year is areally of little importance once you get underway. I would not get too worked up about it.
