Depending on what you are looking for the cost can be quite up there however after speaking with Rosie after I had already did everything with outside vendors it seems that some things are equal priced to what other people charge. I was a bit shocked when she was quoting me prices. I would recomment calling Rosie talking with her and let her know what you are looking for and let her quote you a price. Also contact outside vendors for the same items and see which one would offer a better price. As for balloon vendors I did not realize that Rosie could do this and I ended up hiring Orlando Balloons by Design which were absolutely wonderful I wish there was a little more right up on what she actually does as well as prices for items that she offers on the booklet and sheet that she sends out to everyone. If this was so and I had a better vision on what she offered I think I would of went with her for everything rather than just have her do my flowers chaircovers lights linens, and ceremony items.
