Just returned after two good weeks of weather (especially the last week).
However, from day one of our holiday the TV weather forecasters were advising us not to go out and prepare for upto 10" of rain. We were very worried but decided to go out with all our rain gear at hand.
Everyday, they said 50-90% chance of serious rain and flooding and then every evening made up some excuse of why it didn't happen.
We did have about an inch of rain last Saturday (6th) but that finished by 9am!! Otherwise totally dry and temps in the 90's.
The weathermen seem to spice things up to compete with other news channels!!
