US Airways Carryon Policy

The posted carryon size for US airways is 14x9x22.

My new carryon luggage is 15x8x21.

Anyone who has flown US Airways - Are they going to make me check this bag because its 15 inches instead of 14?

I still have to measure my old carryon suitcase but it is slightly broken so that is why I got new luggage as an engagement present

I doubt you'll have to check it, but it all depends on how strict the people at the gate are on that particular flight. Good luck!

Did you measure the bag? The sizer is 10X15X23. I've read the extra inch is to compensate for luggage companies which don't include protrusions and wheels.

You should be OK if the dimensions you posted are measured dimensions. You might have to check the bag if you're relying on the luggage mfg.

You are probably fine; however, DO NOT stuff your bag full. It certainly won't fit in the sizer if it's bulging.
