So, we looked at one car, but it was rainy and cold and we didn't wnat to look further. Mark wasn't crazy about the car.

He is going to look at one tomorrow afternoon while I get a massage with Edward. Then he is going with our neighbor next Saturday to look at cars. Conrad works on our cars when they need work and he also got a dealer's license so he can shop at auctions, etc. He will help Mark find an ideal used car for us -- the right price, in good shape and not too many miles.

I will definitely do the next update tomorrow. I was trying to catch up on all the threads I'm subscribed to and I have given up being in charge of the Unofficial CSR thread and had to help the gal who was taking over.

Someone asked about not having a car and staying there. It is on the same route as SSR - so a little out of the way, but not really too different, and you can always take the boat to DTD and catch the buses there.

Sorry I haven't been around. Life's been busy, school (Sam's been having a harder time this year), scouts, work, trip with Mom, plus Mom was visiting me for a bit. She continues to slip, and we are now looking into assisted living for her.

But, I do so want to get catch with your TR! Love your pix! As always you capture the fun, and essense of WDW in all your photos (esp. those Mark hat pixs!!). Love the new look at OKW and AKV is just beautiful.

Sorry you have not been feeling well, do hope you are better. Hope the car shopping goes smoothly (I know what a pain it can be) ... maybe you can find a real winner!

Sorry for so long between updates. It's been busy at work and now shopping for a used car.

We are up to Day 4 of our trip, and our second day at the parks -- Monday, September 26

I was up at 6:30 to shower. After I finished, I got Mark up and he showered and then had some instant oatmeal for breakfast. While he was cleaning up his garbage, I went outside and took a couple of pictures outside:

Mark came out and we got in the car and drove to the Animal Kingdom and parked in:

From there, we headed for our first ride. On the way, we saw these guys:

There was no line, but I told Mark that I wanted to go through slowly as I've always wanted to take pictures along the way:
