Uppy, Uppy, Mr. Andy -- Update -- WRAP UP -- Post 1346, Page 90

I love that picture with the Yeti hat...I never saw that! But then again, we usually race thru the stores because my nieces love to look at everything!!:lmao:

I love the line area for EE, so detailed and cool looking :) Love that hat on Mark :teeth:

I haven't been on EE in years! I forgot about some of the scenery and items in the line. Great hat, I never saw that one.

Whew, I think I'm caught up! I did have to skip the chatter though.:sad1:

OKW looks amazing Kat! I love the look of that resort. And your pictures were fabulous, it was like a walking tour so I felt as if I was there even though I wasn't, thanks!:goodvibes The pool looks really fun, I'm sure I'd never get my girls out of it. And I love the dolphins! So darling, I just love the whole beachy theme there. This is a great picture of you! You look so thrilled Kathy, I love it.
Day3139.jpg

Oh, a pina colada is always a good idea.:thumbsup2:goodvibes

Yay for great bus timing too! How fun that you headed back to the MK and you had more Dismeets to boot. You're a busy lady on vacay, aren't ya Kathy?:goodvibes Ahhh, I love the People Mover, my whole family does. It almost feels like you're outside of the park, just observing and soaking it all in when you ride. Such a great feeling.

That whole exchange in the Space Mountain queue had me rolling! That Cayley is too much! Good grief, I'd have been laughing so hard had I been there. How nice that she told you when you were able to speak to her again!! I agree with you on the jerkiness of SM too. We rode it right after breakfast last time and I swear the Mickey waffle I ate was going to make a reappearance. Either that or I was going to dislodge an internal organ or something, it's so rough! Yet I continue to ride. Makes no sense.

Love all of your nightime castle and Wishes shots. And honey, I cry too when I watch! I don't know what it is. Something about hearing that little girl's voice singing the song and thinking of just how special life is. It gets me everytime.

Oh and for the record, there really isn't any ladylike way to get up off of a two inch curb. That's the cold hard truth! It feels like you've been squatting the whole time and then your legs just won't cooperate, right?

The Country Bears?? I'm sorry but I just don't get it, at all. My inlaws think it's the funniest show they've ever seen and DH and I just stare at each other trying not to laugh. They should hand out toothpicks before the show so people can prop their eyelids open.;)

Ack! You don't love IASW? Oh Kat, I think my heart broke a little just now.:sad1: So very sad. I love this ride, truly I do! Maybe you need to ride it with me and then you'll feel differently.:goodvibes

Love Mickey's Philharmagic. It's such a great show, I could watch it multiple times in one day and not tire of it.

Yay, more pictures of Mark and his hats!:thumbsup2

What a great picture of you and Mark with all the Halloween decorations!

Don't you just love AK? I'm a big fan. And EE is such a perfectly themed ride, the imagineers really outdid themselves here! You captured some great shots of the queue. We love this ride, it's in our top three. I believe we rode it five times in a row last trip since there wasn't any line at all!

Ok, is it just me or is this the cutest Yeti ever!
Day4021.jpg

Now I am officially caught up. It looks like this trip has been magnificient so far (apart from your monorail experiences of course!). And you haven't even hit Marco Island yet.:goodvibes

Great early am AK shots. I appreciate the EE pics. I hope you will be willing to take them in Jan-I braved SM, not ready for EE!! Love the pic in the Yeti hat-sooo cute.

This was my 5,900 post :)

I love Everest, and the queue is amazing. That said, when people are there waiting, it is still a line. I think the strategy to get there before it is crowded and just slowly walk the queue enjoying the scenery and taking pictures is definitely the way to go! :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

The EE queue is so cool!! The details in it are really fun to see...they really did a great job on that one!! I was actually happy to ride standby just to see it all :thumbsup2

that is one of the better hats looks like a sock puppet.

Dan, Marv needs help. Even I got what you were saying. ;)

You didn't get a prize because you didn't win. But I'll send a . Does that help?
i know i was hoping i could get a top three prize, or a best male performance, for beating glenn, or most bonus points.

something

but your hug is better.
:thumbsup2

Great AK pics - I loved seeing the line detail for EE as I never got to see it in person.

Nice EE pics! That queue may be the best one in all of WDW.

And Mark's Yeti hat is way better than that dumb Blackhawks hat. :rotfl2::rotfl:

Dan I too didn't get a prize :sad2: but with Magdalena and Marv we don't stand a chance:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Woo hoo for morning in AK! It looks like you guys were out early!

I LOVE the hat pic!! So darn cute!

Your pics make me miss EE! I haven't had a chance to ride it on our last couple of trips.

I would love to see the entrance to EE as long as I didn't have to ride !!!:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

I'm with you Rosie...I am SO done with that ride.

Chicken!!!:rotfl2:

Hey, that's two chickens now! ;)

yay for EE! we LOVE it, well until my neck gives out :lmao: Megan would go on it the whole day if she could!

love Mark's yeti hat!

I used to love it...when I was under the age of 50. :lmao::lmao:

I told him he should buy it...it would have been great for our winters.

I too am one of the chickens that would love to see the ride queue without actually riding. :rotfl2: I just don't think I would (or my neighbor) would survive if I were to ride EE.

Great morning shots!

Ann, I wish I wasn't a chicken...I really used to love it; just my body doesn't keep up with my youthful spirit.

:rotfl::worship: That really is one of Mark's better hat pictures. How does he keep such a semi-straight face?

Love EE. And - I think I may finally be able to ride it in the dark (in December).

OKW looks lovely. Can't wait to try it.

I have no idea how he keeps those "poker" faces. I wish I had tried EE once in the dark before I decided I couldn't handle it anymore.

I really think you are going to like OKW.

This hat is awesome!!!!!! LOVE IT!

Wow. I hadn't realized how behind I was. I had to skip all the banter to catch up. :headache:

OKW looks really nice! I know Juliana would love the pool there.::yes::

I won't make fun of you crying at Wishes.:sad2:

I guess I have to get to your dining report to see what you guys ate. :rolleyes1 :headache:

Sorry I haven't been keeping up- it's been one hell of a week here.

Well, when one doesn't have power because of a Fall "WINTER" storm, you are excused.

Juliana would love that pool...lots of fun.

Thanks for not making fun of me on Wishes. ;)

Yes, you should go to my dining report...lI just did Kona tonight. :)

As I said, you are forgiven for being missing in action. Love ya.

I love the line area at EE, the whole Asia section of Animal Kingdom is so pretty! :thumbsup2

Great hat picture, as usual! That's actually a really cute hat! :cool1:

I like the hat too. And it is a great line area at EE!

Well...I have a TON to catch up on here, Kathy. As one of my co-workers pointed out this past week, "life happened." You know...freak October snow storms/power outages/crazy busy at school all means less time spent on the Dis. :sad2: Time to go back and catch up! :surfweb:

No worries, Tina.

Great morning. You got some really cool shots in the queue. Love the hat picture.

Thanks, Jen.

I love that picture with the Yeti hat...I never saw that! But then again, we usually race thru the stores because my nieces love to look at everything!!:lmao:

Hi, Queen; that is the first time I've seen that hat. And I understand running through the shop with kids.

I love the line area for EE, so detailed and cool looking :) Love that hat on Mark :teeth:

It's a great line and I'm glad we got some time to look AND take pictures.

I haven't been on EE in years! I forgot about some of the scenery and items in the line. Great hat, I never saw that one.

I think it will be years BEFORE I am back on it.Well, maybe not as it seems as we go further in these responses I have a request to ride it in January. :scared1:

I love the pics you took while in line for Expedition Everest. I love all the displays in the line.

They are some of, if not the best, at any Disney attraction.

Whew, I think I'm caught up! I did have to skip the chatter though.:sad1:

That's okay.

Molly, it is a great resort. Thanks...I like that picture too. :goodvibes

Oh, a pina colada is always a good idea.:thumbsup2:goodvibes

Definitely a GOOD idea.

Yay for great bus timing too! How fun that you headed back to the MK and you had more Dismeets to boot. You're a busy lady on vacay, aren't ya Kathy?:goodvibes

At one point, Mark wanted to know if we were actually vacationing with all of the DIS meets. :rotfl2::rotfl2:

That whole exchange in the Space Mountain queue had me rolling! That Cayley is too much! Good grief, I'd have been laughing so hard had I been there. How nice that she told you when you were able to speak to her again!! I agree with you on the jerkiness of SM too. Yet I continue to ride. Makes no sense.

Cayley is such a character--but in such a good way. I'm glad you didn't lose your Mickey Waffle. ;)

Love all of your nightime castle and Wishes shots. And honey, I cry too when I watch! I don't know what it is. Something about hearing that little girl's voice singing the song and thinking of just how special life is. It gets me everytime.

Molly, I think it is that little girl's voice and hte words that get me each time.

Oh and for the record, there really isn't any ladylike way to get up off of a two inch curb. That's the cold hard truth! It feels like you've been squatting the whole time and then your legs just won't cooperate, right?

Thank you, Molly.

I'll make you a deal...you stick with IASW and I'll stick with Country Bears.

Love Mickey's Philharmagic. It's such a great show, I could watch it multiple times in one day and not tire of it.

One of my favorites.

What a great picture of you and Mark with all the Halloween decorations!

Thank you.

I love AK a lot more than DHS and am looking forward to a full day there with the girls in January.

Ok, is it just me or is this the cutest Yeti ever!
Day4021.jpg

THE CUTEST EVER!

Now I am officially caught up. It looks like this trip has been magnificient so far (apart from your monorail experiences of course!). And you haven't even hit Marco Island yet.:goodvibes

And we still have to go to Epcot and the Studios and the MK and Epcot again. :thumbsup2

Great early am AK shots. I appreciate the EE pics. I hope you will be willing to take them in Jan-I braved SM, not ready for EE!! Love the pic in the Yeti hat-sooo cute.

This was my 5,900 post :)

You will OWE me big time if I brave EE with the girls. But if I would do it for anyone...it would be those angels. I gather Avery can go in a car by herself????

I love Everest, and the queue is amazing. That said, when people are there waiting, it is still a line. I think the strategy to get there before it is crowded and just slowly walk the queue enjoying the scenery and taking pictures is definitely the way to go! :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

I think next time I will go with Mark and just go through the queue and then take the chicken way out. ;)

The EE queue is so cool!! The details in it are really fun to see...they really did a great job on that one!! I was actually happy to ride standby just to see it all :thumbsup2

That's why I never saw it...we always did Fastpass!

I love that EE hat!! CUTE!! :)

Thank you. :)

that is one of the better hats looks like a sock puppet.

:thumbsup2

It does look like a sock puppet.

I'm the hug was acceptable.

Great AK pics - I loved seeing the line detail for EE as I never got to see it in person.

Thanks, Tanz. It is great detail.

Nice EE pics! That queue may be the best one in all of WDW.

And Mark's Yeti hat is way better than that dumb Blackhawks hat. :rotfl2::rotfl:

Hey....watch it there about that Blackhawks hat. Or we'll start on that Flyers shirt.

Dan I too didn't get a prize :sad2: but with Magdalena and Marv we don't stand a chance:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Magdalene kiss ALL of us.

Woo hoo for morning in AK! It looks like you guys were out early!

I LOVE the hat pic!! So darn cute!

Thanks, Melissa. We were there by 8 a.m. I LOVE EMH's in the morning. :)

It really was a cute hat.
