Just wondering if there is someway that I can upload my pics to my home computer and then crop them here on my own time and THEN send them out to be printed (whether it be walmart, winkflash, snapfish, etc) If so, can someone explain what I need and how I do it.

I have, slowly but surely, been bringing my older photos to walmart kodak's kiosk thingie and cropping them and reprinting them. (this takes quite a bit of time) I believe I only have a handful left to do. But I'm talking about the pictures that I already have on my digital camera and the ones from future vacations (leaving in 17 days for our first cruise)

I'd like to be able to upload my pics and crop them, change to B/W or sepia, reduce red eye, etc from home. Is this possible?

It sure is possible! All you need is a program like Adobe photoshop elements, or something like this. Go to best buy ( or a store like this ) and look around. they have alot of different programs depending on your needs, budget, and computer.

Once I purchase this program, is it really self explanatory from there? I'm not the most computer literate person around. I'll probably have DH show me how to do it. I'm more of a hands on person. KWIM?

I use shutterfly and I do all of the editting at home. The site is super easy to navigate. The prices are pretty good. You can add borders, captions, change to b/w, sepia, get rid of red eye, crop. The only thing you can't do is b/w with one color - things like that.

I've been using shutterfly for 6 years and love it. I think I have 10,000 pictures there now. I wish that was an exageration, but it's not. :rolleyes1

I have 2 or 3 programs but the only one I use is photoshop 3.0 and have been using it for a year now without any problems! I am not the best computer person in the world either, but if I can learn to work photoshop anyone can!
