UPH and Checking In

My brother (with whom we're travelling in two weeks) asked a good question last night. Hope one of you can help.

We will be arriving at the GF around lunchtime and want to go to MK for the afternoon. We bought our UPH passes through our travel agent with the hotel package. If the room isn't ready at that time, can we still get our passes early?

Yes you go to the GF and check in. They will give you room keys. They will also give you a number to call to check if your room is done. When you come back to the resort you just go to your room. The UPH will be added to your card when you check in so you can head off to the parks and use them.

You get them at check in. My room wasn't ready either, but they told me to leave my luggage and they would deliver it when the room was ready and that I could go wherever I wanted in the meantime.

I was just wondering when you come back to the room will your luggage be waiting for you or do you have to call Bell services to do this? Can you make a request to have them put it in the room?

Bell services will bring it for you. I'm not sure if they still do this, because the last time I went was in 2001. But you can ask at check-in.

We're actually arriving the day before our package begins---how early in the day may we check in to receive UPH card (even if room isn't ready?)

We have checked in as early as 6 AM. You can always check in but your room may not be ready. They will give you a number to call to check on it.

You can go off to the parks and when you return to your resort you go right to your room. No need to stop at the front desk again.

We usually check in very early in the morning and our room is usually not ready. I was told that bell services will not bring your bags to your room until you are there. So when you come back from the parks you will need to call bell services to bring up your bags and wait until they get there. At least, that is what I was told at WL.
