If you recieved the free water WP&M can you upgrade to an AP and use the price differents between the upgrade WP&M instead of the base ticket price?Does this make sense?
For my family 2A2C its only a 517$ difference.We were going to go to disneyland later this yr instead of going back to WDW but it may save us alot of money in the long run.Any advise.
