Hi,
This is my first time posting on this board, so be nice! :) I usually just lurk on the Community Board and some of the other Disney boards.

We are going to WDW in March. My DD and her DH would like to go to Universal for one day. DD has a child ticket left from about 2000, when she was about 8 or 9. I did a search and saw that she should be able to upgrade it to an adult ticket at Guest Services for the price difference.

The threads I read this on were from around 2006, and I just need to know if this is still how it works? I'd hate to tell her the wrong thing!

Thanks:goodvibes

When I accidentally purchased a childs ticket in 2008 all I had to do was go to Guest Services and they changed it right away. The only issue I had was when my Lanyard with all our tickets fell off on the Hulk :scared1:. When I went to have the tickets looked up and replaced they had a few issues pulling it up but eventually found it....BTW my lanyard was returned to me the next day with everything still in it. License, Tickets, Hotel Key! Boy was I relieved!

Yes...just take the ticket to Guest Services at either park and exchange it there. You would pay the difference between the child and adult admission. It shouldn't be a big deal.

Thank you both. I was hoping it would be this easy!

And Pixeegrl, so glad you got your lanyard back with all it's contents!:thumbsup2
