Upgrading after BRP ressie

I have booked two rooms at AS Sports for Feb 15-20. Has anyone ever upgraded later and been able to get a BRP rate even though it was after the 60 day window? Do I have a better shot at waiting until we get there at check in or should I call between 2 and 5? Also, does anyone know how much the brp is for a moderate like POFQ for these dates? Or what about the wilderness lodge?

Why don't you just call and ask? (It never hurts to ask )

Also, I would try calling at any time since you're trying to modify an existing reservation.

When I tried to upgrade December's stay from AKL to BWI 29 days before the trip, I could not do it and still have BRP. I only tried 2x on the phone and 1x upon arrival at AKL, but who knows... maybe SOMEONE at CRO can make it happen. Don't think so, though. If you have any changes to make I would get them done before that. For us, we decided it was much too costly to switch from AKL at BRP to BWI at just AAA.

I not only upgraded but also added on another day to our Christmas trip...all at the discounted rates. I guess it depends on whether any BRP rates are still available.

I am also thinking of up-grading my BRP ressie to CL (but I'm with in my 60 days)! I made ressie on line, but I can still upgrade through CRO??? Also, can I only call from 2-5pm? Would love some insight! Has anyone else tried to up-grade??

I'd like to know if anyone has upgraded with in the 60 days - I've tried calling 4 times now, and get a different answer each time. One CM told me they could do it, but no BRP rates were available, 2 told me that they are only able to make changes to BRP if it was more than 60 days out, and the 4th CM, well, I'm not really sure if she knew about the BRP.

I haven't given up, but looks like I'm still staying at the POP in Feb. - at least so far. LOL

I've upgraded twice....Once was outside of the 60 day window & the second time was at about 30 days out. Both times, they were nice & helpful and got it done without any problem....

I made the second change on New Years Day at 9:00am and I leave Jan 28th.....I added 2 nights to my ressie & I was told that because I was modifying a ressie, I could call at any time of the day. The 2 - 5 window is for new ressies. Just make sure you call the passholder line & not 407-WDISNEY

I wasn't charged a fee, but my deposit was adjusted to reflect the change in rates. If you have any questions, just let me know!
