We are here at bay lake now, we booked a 2 bedroom std view arrived to check in during the process the cast member said here screen froze so she had to go in the back to finish my check, she then came back with a manager and told us they wanted to upgrade us to magic kingdom view to make our vacation more magical!!!!!!!! What a way to start my trip after a 7 am flight

I had the opposite experience last week, I had reserved a 2 br lakeview and when we got to check in we got a 2 bedroom SV first floor villa.

At first I was annoyed, but after a few days I actually liked being able to walk right out the patio and head out.

And getting a nice credit of points back didn't hurt either.

we waited and checked in when we got there, both my son and daughter celebrated birthdays while we were there so the cm said mk veiw was available. we thanked her and she said they enjoy when they are able to make your stay a little more magical!

I like to think of it as something they chose to do rather than something they were forced to do, my parents are members since 1993 and have been upgraded before. It may not be common but I cant believe other members never had this happen before......isn't disney where dreams come true?
