Upgrade with Loew's Card at HRH with entertainment discount?

Yes!! 
We were able to upgrade from garden view to pool view with the Lowe's First member program!! We had a fantastic view on the 6th floor. We could see both parks beyond the beautiful pool and waterslide at HRH. Give it a try you might get lucky too!!
PS We did this at check-in, they told me you have to wait and see what is available at the time. The milk and cookies were good too!!
