Upgrade with Loew's Card at HRH with entertainment discount?

Has anyone recently gotten a free upgrade with
Loew's Card while using entertainment discount?
If so, did you call Loew's for ressies or hotel directly? Trying to book a room for June, and would like to know what to do. Thanks for the help!!!

Yes!! We were able to upgrade from garden view to pool view with the Lowe's First member program!! We had a fantastic view on the 6th floor. We could see both parks beyond the beautiful pool and waterslide at HRH. Give it a try you might get lucky too!!

PS We did this at check-in, they told me you have to wait and see what is available at the time. The milk and cookies were good too!!
