upgrade to AP??

If I have a 4-day hopper pass that has never been used can I pay the difference and upgrade to an AP? If so, how?

Yes. Any Guest Relations window at any park can do this for you, and you may also be able to do it at your resort, if you're staying on property.

Actually, you'll have to do this at a park Guest Relations windows. The resorts don't sell Annual Passes.
