Upgrade ticket question

I have recently purchased a 2 day 1 park/day ticket -- is it possible to upgrade just the 2nd day of the ticket to a Park Hopper ticket?

(I tried calling to find out the answer but the wait time is in excess of 90 minutes)

It's the same price to upgrade to a hopper regardless of number of days. So yes, you can upgrade. It's $55. You will have to do it at the ticket booth though, you cannot add it online.

Note that they will only upgrade you if there are hopper reservations available for your days.

I just spoke to two CMs (phone and chat) and they both said no ticket upgrades being done at all once you have scanned into a park. They are doing special exception refunds for unused tickets to allow you to go ahead and get the ticket you want (add a day, or park hopper, etc)
