Upgrade Pass from package to AP

I understand not all passes can be upgraded. If I book a package, hotel with passes, can I upgrade? Does anyone know if you get true value on the tickets included in the package?

You are just given normal tickets with a package. You have been charged full price for them. You will get full price for them on an upgrade.
