Upgrade from club level?

What would be an upgrade from two queens on club level? Do they do upgrades on this floor? RyGuy do you know the answer to this?

The upgrade would be to a suite on the club level. At Both HRH and RPR it would be a club level king suite. Each hotel only has two club level king suites so that lessens your chances for an upgrade. You would also have to be Loews First Platinum and be paying a qualified rate. I guess Gold could pay the upgrade fee as well and get the suite. Not sure if you can do this over the phone though. You may have to wait until check-in.
