Updates on BCV For NY State????

Any updates on the BCV status for NY State residents??

I talked to my guide yesterday and she said they are hoping for NYS by March 1. Apparently they started the application process much sooner this time.

Thats good news... Us NY'ers could use something good for once!!

I actually went down on Tues and bought. They said they hope to have it before the end of the incentives and price increase. They are working at it extremely hard because NY is one of their best states. But there hands are tied.
