Good luck with ROFR!! We went through a lot of the same issues and bought BWV resale, just closed this week. Hopefully I can also say welcome home, neighbor, too!

Sure thing...

We submitted the contract to TSS on 2/6, passed ROFR 2/14, closed 3/25. Haven't checked yet with WDW but they said we should be in the system by the end of 10 business days.

Our closing was ready about a week before, but delayed due to some snafu with the post office and the paperwork from the bank doing the financing.
