So I booked room only WL with an AP discount, looking at sale date history it seems there could be more discounts coming.
Has anyone booked and later found a lower price for the same room and date with new offers or should I just leave well enough alone?

So is it worth paying $50 for the Bestbuy membership to buy the discounted DGCs? If they go on sale a few times you could "make up" your money, but thinking it isn't worthwhile unless you can take advantage of the other benefits from the membership like the extended return policy. I had more or less stopped buying things from Bestbuy after they eliminated their loyalty program benefits.

Just when I had convinced myself I wouldn’t pay for plus. this came up. I purchased plus and was able to buy 3 Disney GCs today before they shut me off.
Plus also gives buy 2 get 1 video games so I will be buying a few as well since it includes Nintendo first party games.

I did wind by buying it. If I didn't have the rewards certificate that was expiring tomorrow, I probably would have passed.

Ha! I stopped buying from Best Buy when Swagbucks QR codes stopped working and when you could no longer use BB gift cards to buy other gift cards. Long time ago my friend!

So I went to Kroger a couple of hours ago and used self checkout and purchased $35 worth of groceries (2x Points) and a $50 DGC (4x points) so the total was $85.

The $10 of $75 showed on the screen but was not removed.
I called the attendant over and informed her my coupon did not come off.
I was informed it was because I had a GC which I replied that the coupon had no mention of GC's being excluded.
She spent forever trying to find the coupon even though I showed her exactly what it said in the app and kroger.com
Eventually she got a supervisor and he also kept looking at the coupon to find the exclusion that wasn't there.
Then went to the paper flyer which also did not have the restriction.
In the end he went ahead and gave me the $10 off but told me he would not be able to do so if my purchase had alcohol as that is always excluded (Again that didn't show as an exclusion but did not care at that point).

My tip is not to go to the Customer Service desk but handle it in line. Their lines will continue to grow and probably give it to you as after all the fine print mentions nothing about gift cards not being eligible.

Oh and btw just as a data point this $50 Disney Gift card was paid with Kroger Pay for the 3x Online Groceries with the Sapphire Preferred.

I did pay on my fee free card and will just spend the CG at WDW.

Funny you mention that as I just looked to see if those in the states could book with a GC.
It showed a Disney Visa discount but not the DVC/AP and then when I went to continue it kicked me out.
Then it did not show any discounts.
But long story short it would not allow me to use anything other than a Credit Card either.
