As far as the Chase Offer is concerned you may still be able to use it if you enroll the card in "Kroger Pay".
I can't find it in this thread but I believe @TheOneWithTheTriplets mentioned that it will code as online grocery for your offer which would also give you 3x points if using a sapphire preferred.

I believe there was a limit of like $50 gift cards that you could purchase this way.

I have used Kroger Pay but I have not tested larger gift card purchases and have just included $50 with other groceries and can confirm it does show as online.

I must have missed that post as I posted about using Kroger pay back on 12/10/22. There was a comment I read and was wondering if anyone here had tried it with their Kroger Online Chase Offer which excludes gc and egift.

Note there were two different offers in play, one was for Kroger Stores (for in-store purchases) and the other was Kroger Online which excluded gc. Always check Discount District for details, here's what I posted:

Why are you replacing Tips or DP's with Alternative Payment Method?

Fair question, for awhile I've been experiencing several issues and odd glitches on Post #2 Discount District. I would add an offer like Best Buy and it wouldn't post:

Or add a referencing Post # and it would show up somewhere else:

Clicking the back button would result in entire offers vanishing, not just one but several.

These are just a few of many. I have contacted @WebmasterCorey so they are aware of what I've been dealing with. In terms of troubleshooting on my end, I've removed some DP's to other corresponding Posts i.e., Southwest Gift Card DP to Post # 8 Transportation & Traveling with Points, deleted older DP's and condensed step-by-step instructions with Alternative Payment Method. Mainly to free up space which definitely helped.

I believe you need to call and be prepared to give additional information as seen below.

At this time, we are recommending you now use newer cards as your main cards and not the older ones that have been used for years.

Thanks I called. FYI--for the card that you want to transfer to you will need to know purchase location as well as the initial amount. Luckily it was a card I got not to long ago from Shop Disney and I could find the initial amount on the Disney gift card site. I also needed the purchase location of the cards I bought today and the purchase amount. They did take care of this with this info

I can confirm as of 7/1/21 it still works to use VV online at Target as a credit card

Wow, I had no idea about the DGC transfer glitch, until now when I tried to transfer a few egift card balances from working towards a Target circle reward. What an absolute pain! I really don't keep track of what cards come from where since I never buy physical cards and mainly buy egift cards. Most of my physical gift cards were gifts, I'm not sure how I would be supposed to tell them where they were purchased from and when. I do have one physical card I purchased recently that I know the date/location but I was planning to use these card balances to buy Oogie Boogie tickets tomorrow and since I work, I don't have time to sit on the phone to figure out how to transfer these balances ahead of time tomorrow. Argggg! First world problems lol!

But if this glitch lasts long term, I am done buying Disney gift cards. The time I would spend on the phone dealing with that and keeping records would not be worth the savings for me anymore. E gift cards are annoying enough to deal with having to open the link, enter an email, remember which ones you redeemed...in $100 denominations I am only saving a few bucks usually and I imagine this is not a quick phone call if they need card history. I am just complaining to complain at this point, if only they would let you redeem unlimited # of gift cards in one online transaction, that would fix my entire problem, but I'm sure that's a pipe dream

I called customer service today to transfer 3 gift cards and it took about 5 minutes. They asked initial balance and purchase location for each. She processed and I checked the balance before hanging up to confirm the money was there.

Disney is saving you from yourself then. If you aren’t keeping track of what, where, when and where it went and your gc ends up flagged by their crappy IT for fraud you have to prove you own in and where all the gift cards added to it came from. Since the savings aren’t worth the hassle to track your purchases stop buying the gc. Odds you’re flagged? Rare. Does it happen? Yup.

Wow, I've been MIA for a few weeks helping an elderly family member, and I seem to have missed some Disney gift card issue. I'm leaving for Disney on Sunday and had a bunch of electronic gift cards that I was waiting to transfer to physical gift cards. I guess this means I'll have to call to make this happen? Luckily I keep a spreadsheet with the card info and the purchase location. But that was something I did not budget time for. Ugh.

Interestingly, I just went onto the site to try. I see the warning on top about how it might not be available, but it worked for me to tranfser balances to a physical card. I have some more to transfer, so I guess I'll keep doing that for however long it lets me.
