Wow that's an awesome chart! I ended up buying the $200 and paying $192. With the 5% back on Discover it turns out ok saving a little over 17 bucks...which isn't even good for just one MK Genie+! Amazing the struggle of trying to save a few bucks just to get your wallet obliterated by Disney anyway!

Buy in-store ALWAYS for the grocery credits.

Notice the difference in-store vs online?

I say this because anytime you see an online offer and it has:

- Cashstar, Buyutab, Blackhawk Network, Third party vendor

It's to warn you that cc offers and majority of cc categories will not work.

Thank you! That's kinda what I figured the "Blackhawk Network" message meant, but I wanted to be 100% sure. I have a Chase Kroger offer, but want to make sure I use it correctly.

As far as the Chase Offer is concerned you may still be able to use it if you enroll the card in "Kroger Pay".
I can't find it in this thread but I believe @TheOneWithTheTriplets mentioned that it will code as online grocery for your offer which would also give you 3x points if using a sapphire preferred.

I believe there was a limit of like $50 gift cards that you could purchase this way.

I have used Kroger Pay but I have not tested larger gift card purchases and have just included $50 with other groceries and can confirm it does show as online.

I must have missed that post as I posted about using Kroger pay back on 12/10/22. There was a comment I read and was wondering if anyone here had tried it with their Kroger Online Chase Offer which excludes gc and egift.

Note there were two different offers in play, one was for Kroger Stores (for in-store purchases) and the other was Kroger Online which excluded gc. Always check Discount District for details, here's what I posted:

The Kroger Company DP:
In-store
  • 12/10/22 In comments, Add CC offers to Kroger Pay it will code as online order, and the offer will work for in-store purchases. You can only buy a GC that is sub $50 using Kroger Pay, anything over that won’t work. This will also activate the 3% on the CSP for online grocery purchases category.
