For those of you that use Dosh, what is the normal time frame for getting credited from Sam's Club? I have a ton of pending credits going all the way back to July. And then some other stores have credited within days. Is this normal? Should I contact them?

That’s normal. I think it’s usually 30 days, or maybe even 60 days, before it moves from pending.

It says it may take up to 90 days and yes it is close to that for me. Definitely don't contact them if it was a gift card purchase.

Well, I did a little more research and it appears like it is legit. Walmart has a bulk gift card site that looks shady but it legitimately linked from their official site and matches the url from the e-mail.

I swear everything about the e-mail and redemption looked like one of the pathetic phishing attempts my employer does frequently to test us. But the only piece of info I had to give was the e-mail address, and the card number given worked when I added it to my Walmart account.

It almost seems feels like this was intentional to scare people out of redeeming, but that seems kind of sketchy.

Yep, that means you can get a discount on the first ~$285.71. I just bought $250 worth. Trying to meet $3000 to get my Chase Sapphire bonus so I’ll take any decent discount right now.

I'm a bit taken aback, I prepaid for a Grooming Package for Sherlock at PetSmart (2/02/21). It included 3 Basic Grooming Services: wash & dry, hair cut and nail trimming. This morning I dropped him off for his last groom and they told me I would have to pay an additional $50 as they moved him into another classification due to his size. I argued that this package deal should have had this built into the deal prior to charging me the listed price for the package. Am I right?

I think so given that you can get up to two--that's a good chunk of my dues! It's even better if you can stack it with something else. I'm going to try paypal key to get 5% back on my Chase Freedom Flex.

Not cool to do that on the last groom. I'd blast them on every social media outlet as long as you don't plan to keep doing business with them. Usually, places will make it right if you blast them on social media/consumer complaint sites, but they will always remember you and never like you. So, it's not something to do if you want to keep going there after they make it right.

At the time PetSmart didn't have Bernedoodle as a classification, they had Goldendoodle which can grow up to 100 pounds and the manager in charge of the Salon put him in that category. Sherlock only weighs 70 pounds.

I think talking with the manager first with a cool easy vibe is the way to handle this. I just cannot fathom PetSmart would think this is good business practice. That's it. It's a defining moment of "Are you kidding me?"

With guns a blazing via social media I don't think I could do that, employers keep an eye on stuff like this, raises, promotions, all that stuff people are posting these days can really bite them and it can help create a case against them if there's a pattern.

If anyone has an Amex CC, take a look through your offers. I had $10 back on $50 for Amazon on there today (exp. 12/21). There's also a $15 back on $100 from HappyCards.com (exp 12/31) that I have had saved for a while and planning to eventually use (not sure if this was previously reported on this thread or not). I've had good luck converting HappyCards to Disney GC at my local Bed Bath & Beyond, although I understand that it's a YMMV.

Any leads or hints on discounts on Amazon gift cards? I'd like to purchase one for my trainer at the gym and realized that I haven't seen them pop up on this thread too often/at all. Or have I just not noticed them?
