Disney Gift Card Deals ONLY

GIANT/Giant Food/Martin’s/Stop & Shop

GIANT Martin’s, Stop & Shop
Giant Eagle In-store
  • Earn 2x Perks (Standard members) or 4x Perks (Pro members) for every $50 spent on Disney Gift Cards (All 3rd Party Gift Cards)
FYI,

I purchased Disney Gift cards at Giant Eagle yesterday and did not receive the double perks. I went to customer service and they said it was only on select gift cards, which is not what the add says. I tried emailing GE and they gave me a number to call. I will be calling today and will update, just wanted to make anyone aware that it is not automatically giving the double perks for Disney cards!

What are the standard perks given when buying gift cards at Giant Eagle without a promotion?

And I have to admit, I went back to the weekly ad and it states: 2x Perks (Standard members) or 3x Perks (Pro members) and not 4x. Hopefully you were paying attention. I've updated all posts and included a Warning.

I hope I didn't mess you up. I'm so sorry buddy.

So would this gift card work with the Panera offer below?

Amazon
  • Buy $50 Happy Eats & Get $7.50 Amazon promo credit with promo code EATS

Panera Bread
  • 20% Off on eGift Cards - Online only.
  • It might be possible to buy these with Choice Let’s Eat gift cards seeing as those aren’t “Swap” cards that you redeem directly for gift cards online.
  • If buying in the app and possibly even online, this will hopefully code as a dining purchase. DOC / Post #16866

Standard perks for fuelperks + is .10/gallon per $50 spent. For MyPerks + it is $1.00 off total for $50 spent.

The double points is only for MyPerks +. I have fuelperks +. I called and they gave me the double points as a one time courtesy.

It is very confusing. there are three different programs....Fuelperks +, MyPerks - standard and MyPerks Plus.

You might want to read this article and hopefully based on YOUR shopping/budget you have the right perk.

Fuelperks +, MyPerks - standard and MyPerks Plus

Edit to add: It seems like Giant Eagle wants people to move toward MyPerks and MyPerks Plus. And those with Fuelperks+ are excluded from many promotions including gift cards.

I used this deal to refill my Panera GC as I do about twice a year when they're at 20% off. Used a Citi card, it's coding as dining rn (hooray 3x for dining!)

ETA: I didn't used the Happy Eats GC, I simply reloaded my existing Panera card at 20% discount as I normally do. Was just posting to say it coded as dining on my card :-)

Yes, the representative I spoke to asked me several times if I'd like to switch. They definitely want you to switch, because it cost them less money under the new program.

Example assuming $1,000 in gift cards purchased:
Fuelperks+ $.10/for every $50 = $2.00/gallon x30 gallons(max) = $60 savings or 6%
MyPerks - standard $1.00 for every $50 = $20 savings or 2% savings
MyPerks + = $1.50 for every $50 = $30 savings or 3% savings

There are other savings and ways to earn points under the MyPerks program that Fuelperks + are excluded from, but like I said, I don't shop there much and based the example strictly on gift card purchases.

I don't shop at Giant Eagle like I used to, so when I saw the ad, I was just thinking double fuel perks for standard thinking that's what I had, when in fact I have fuelperks +.

Luckily the agent I talked to did give me the double perks as a courtesy for my confusion, but I know in the future to read the ad and differentiate between fuelperks + and MyPerks +.

I’ve seen @FoxC63 talk about getting extra Kroger fuel points rolled over to the next month. Does anyone know if that’s possible with Harris Teeter fuel points?

I'm not sure. I was able to call Kroger and get mine rolled over so give them a call. Finger's crossed it works for Harris Teeter's as well.

I'll definitely be paying more attention to their promotions in the future.

Newegg's Shell Shocker for tomorrow 6/13/23, is Banana Republic, below is the offer they had this past week that just ended. Hopefully it will be a higher discount.
